I like this photo.... but what I don't like is the modern street light that can be seen on the left-side of the pic. I have Photoshop Elements... the free version that came with the computer... and Adobe seems to update every time I sign into the program, I still haven't found a way to successfully remove the light, and bring the photo to where it should be. Any suggestions?
Note: Thanks to 'puant' at Packerland Annals, the annoying street light that had been showing in this photo is now gone. Yay! I think it's kind of a cool pic. Thanks again for your help!

Sure, I will email you an image that I modified using the 'smudge' tool in a free image editing program called "the GIMP". "GIMP" is pretty powerful, lots of photoshop tools in.
Anyway check your email for the modified image.
